As far as I understand the Code Map from a short video 
(https://channel9.msdn.com/Series/Visual-Studio-2012-Premium-and-Ultimate-Overview/Visual-Studio-Ultimate-2012-Understanding-complex-code-with-Code-Map-ENU) 
it needs a rather elaborate graphical interface and good semantic 
analysis (find references). "Find References" in Visual D is still 
rather experimental. So I expect implement "Code Maps" would be quite 
some work, and would base on shaky information from the semantic analysis.

For a hierarchical view of classes and their inheritance, there is also 
the Object Browser based on compiler generated information.
