Coedit lexer was a scam

Coedit 1 & 2 lexer was a scam.
It's not the case anymore:

The policy of the HL will change in version 3.
Previously it was: if it seems correct then lets go until the 
next.
Now it's: it may be correct, if it's not then lex til the next 
seaparator.

Lexer is less friendly.
