VisualD-v0.50.1.exe flagged by antivirus

Unfortunately msbuild\pipelink.exe has been flagged as infected by a
recent update to the MS Defender database, see also
https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20325
Here's a digitally signed version of the file:

that passes all but one AV program on VirusTotal.
