ldc2 -run myprog.d
ldmd2 -run myprog.d

... both should work.  I think you can also configure rdmd to use 
either LDC or GDC instead of DMD.

I don't have a Pi, but I do have a Nexus 4 and I really should 
get around to seeing if D can be used on it somehow.
