It uses rolling release model and there is no mandatory testing 
channel for [community] packages (only for [core] and [extra]) - 
D packages usually become available to end users as soon as 
mirrors update the cache, most often within a few hours from the 
moment I read upstream release announcement. Don't know much 
about Fedora Rawhide but is is rather hard to be more bleeding 
edge than that :)
