I don't have even that, lol. I guess, you can just run C:\Program 
Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 
12.0\VC\bin\amd64\vcvars64.bat - do you have the file? Or maybe 
your OS is 32-bit?

In VS2012 the native tools command prompt link reads
%comspec% /k ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 
11.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat"" amd64
