GitHub master is now at front end level 2.067.1

Hi all,

I just merged the merge-2.067 branch into master branch. GitHub 
master is now front end level 2.067.1. Please try it if you are 
compiling from source. I am going to release next beta version 
soon, too.

If you are using vibe.d then please note that you have to use 
current muster of vibe.d in order to prevent a segfault.
