LDC 0.17.0-beta1 has been released!

Hi Kai -and people!

So, apparently I forgot to send a reply, ldc 0.17.0~beta2-1 has been
uploaded to Debian unstable:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=ldc&suite=sid

I opened it to all linux platforms, just to see which fail to build and
need special attention, so if anyone likes to run ldc on an exotic
platform, take a hint :)
