Using LDC on Windows x64 without MSVC?

The mingw runtime is a mix between digital mars and msvc runtime. 
You have to make sure that the right function is used. There is 
currenlty no CRuntime_MinGW version.

It is "only" an issue with druntime. The compiler itselfs fully 
supports MinGW.
