Merge 2.072.2

I've started merging 2.072.2. Most of the merge conflicts are 
easily solved, some are a bit more work. Think I'll have it 
finished in the next days.

I saw that Martin already merged 2.072.2 druntime and Phobos. The 
Phobos merge removed an important fix, so I've reverted that.
