I'm not really an IDE person myself, but I thought Code::Blocks looked pretty nice.  I have some links to a few in the resources section and the first article at D-Riven (http://www.d-riven.com).

There's also some gui front ends to gdb of course.  And Zero (http://www.zerobugs.org) is going to be adding better D support soon.
