Hmm, I guess that might start to cover it. However I was thinking more of 
a command line tool of tool. MY end goal would be to hook it into the build 
process or source control so the stats can be monitored over time. For what 
I'm looking for the tool would have to be fairly well de coupled from anything 
extraneous.
