English pedantry: "must not" is sort of a set phrase and does not have the 
same meaning as "does not have to".  What you said is something like "it is 
not possible/legal for the module identifier to coincide with the file 
path,"  whereas if "must not" were replaced with "does not have to," it 
would mean what you expected: "it's not necessary for the module identifier 
to coincide with the file path."  :)
