Bug in webnews

If I follow any link like the following, I'll get to the mentioned news:

http://www.digitalmars.com/webnews/newsgroups.php?art_group=digitalmars.D.learn&article_id=2

But when I move to any link to another thread there, it links to digitalmars.D instead of digitalmars.D.learn! So I get to the right article id in the wrong newsgroup.

Is this a bug or am I too stupid to use it?
