Latest versions of Entice Designer and DFL?

I have been up all nite,trying to figure this out (6:21am).
Well, I have gotten this far with compile myForm.d .

C:\D\dmd2\windows\vmPrograms\myForm>call dmd.exe

I have searched my entire computer,
but there is no file named: dfl.all .
There is an all.d ,
but i think it is saying above, that all.d is corrupt.
Can anyone help me compile this puppy?
