It refers to "code golf", where you try to solve a problem with the 
smallest program possible (one-letter variable names, no whitespace, 
etc.) There are sudoku solvers in under 200 bytes in Perl and Python; a 
D version would just prove that we too can write code that looks like 
line noise.
