Actually, that is what I do. GDC does not seem to figure it out:
naushika:~/tmp> cat Foo.d
module foo;
...
naushika:~/tmp> gdc-4.6 bar.d Foo.d baz.d
bar.d:2: Error: module foo is in file 'foo.d' which cannot be read
import path[0] = /usr/include/d2/4.6/x86_64-linux-gnu
import path[1] = /usr/include/d2/4.6
naushika:~/tmp> mv Foo.d foo.d
naushika:~/tmp> gdc-4.6 bar.d foo.d baz.d
naushika:~/tmp>
