just a wild guess, but I had exactly the same error message when I
tried to link against systemd.journal:

make sure you have liblzma installed (/lib64/liblzma.so.5 is not the
correct library. It should be in /usr/lib) then link explicitly against
liblzmadec:

-L-llzmadec
