Ranges: is it ok if front is a data member?

Yeah, that's what I meant by the lvalue thing, though most the 
time I don't think it is even that big of a deal if it gets 
overwritten since the main use of ranges for me is foreach loops 
anyway. But yeah, that is a good point.
