C++ namespaces

[Vasileios Anagnostopoulos via Digitalmars-d-learn]

Hi,

in  the 2.066 changelog I saw something for supporting c++ namespaces. I
thought this  was not possible.

Which implementation does this refer? (compiler/architecture)
