Configuring Phobos from the 1-click installer

Does your /etc directory contain dmd.conf file? You can add 
standard flags there

Example of dmd.conf:

[Environment]
DFLAGS=-I/usr/include/dmd/phobos 
-I/usr/include/dmd/druntime/import
