Why my app require MSVCR120.dll?

I am using DMD. The software was compiled on Windows 7. On 
Windows 10 I just tried to run it.

Is there any way to drop down C-runtime part to get App more 
portable or maybe to statically link with C lib to be sure that 
my App will work everywhere?
