Template detection

Hello,

Given:

class SomeClass {

     public {
         void someSimpleMethod() {}

         template setOfTemplatedMethods(Type) {
             void templatedMethodOne() {}
             void templatedMethodTwo() {}
         }
     }
}

Is there a way to detect at compile time if a member of 
class/struct is a template? (in the example above, if 
setOfTemplatedMethods is a template).
