Dub package with C code

That is nice.

I look at reggae once or twice. It looked like a lot of 
bootstrapping vs. `dub init && dub build`. And to be honest, I 
couldn't make immediate sense of the api.

Is there any small example that builds some d code (including 
pulling deps)?
