Quite out of date.

Here is some code that worked for me:

string raw_input = ...;

	auto domBuilder = raw_input
		.lexer
			.parser
			.cursor((CursorError err){})
			.domBuilder;
	domBuilder.setSource(raw_input);
	domBuilder.buildRecursive;
	auto dom = domBuilder.getDocument;
