This means that in `T a[4][5][6]`, the type `T[4][5][6]` is 
spread on both sides of the variable name `a`.  In the 
interpretation,
"`a` is an array of 4 arrays of 5 arrays of 6 arrays of `T`",
note that 4, 5 and 6 are from the right side but T is from the 
left side.  That's what I meant by wrap around.
