There is no rdmd on Fedora Rawhide. There is only ldc2. (Indeed Debian
Sid has no rdmd either by default, you have to use d-apt.)

Not enough is made of rdmd. rdmd needs to be separated from dmd so it
works with gdc and ldc2.
