gtkd build fail on windows with dmd 2.074.0

rdmd Build.d fail on windows with dmd 2.074.0,dmd 2.073.0.
it says std.file.FileException at std\file.d(814)gtkd2.obj:The 
system cannot find the file specifield.

I have to use dmd 2.071.0 to build it

I will appreciate your help
