dmd-2.078.2 problems with Ubuntu 17.10 32Bit

"d-apt.list" file fixed! (s/http/https/)

d-apt public key is in the "d-apt-keyring" deb package, so you don't have to manually install it.

It appears that everything should work on 17.10 now. I'll do more tests on a virtual machine.
