dustmite on dub project

For your specific problem, this issue is related to your dub.json:

		},
		{
			"excludedSourceFiles": [
				"source/app.d",

		}
	],

If you remove the excludedSourceFiles from config "library", it 
is working.
But at the moment I am puzzled, what is going on here.
