Yeah, early C++ was C, watched it evolve. Programming in Forth, 
C, Icon during those years.  Found, find, C++ too hot for most to 
handle, so why?

And yes, I'd agree that Walter's native C++ compiler was the big 
ticket item, in C++ evolution.
