automate tuple creation

my next challenge (more for myself, but happy for input)..

is to enhance this to an return an associative array:

e.g

createBoolAssociativeMatrix(mArrBool,3, 2);

[ [1000:[1, 0]], [1001:[1, 1]], [1001:[1, 0]]]


where 1000 is some random id...
