Running GtkD programs on macOS

Update: Three years to the day (from when I posted on here about 
it), since upgrading to macOS Ventura I've found my GTK+ programs 
work again! Yay. It never stopped working on my Windows computer. 
The DLangui hasn't been working on Windows though.
