Compiling dynamic library but not its dependencies with specific dflags

The solution was to define a new build. For instance as

```json
{
     "buildTypes": {
         "debug-cov": {
             "buildOptions": ["debugMode", "debugInfo", "coverage"]
         }
     }
}
```

in `dub.json`.
