Maybe a compiler warning (not error) would help with detecting
the `unsigned into signed` issue, within same size types?

[core.checkedint.negs](https://dlang.org/phobos/core_checkedint.html#.negs) probably doesn't help, because `unsigned into signed` is a different issue?
