Select the 'Tools' menu.
Select 'Preferences...'
Select the 'Advanced' tab.
Click on 'Fonts' in the left-hand-side panel.
Click on the Type 'Interface display e-mail'.
Click on the 'Choose' button to bring up the font dialog.
