Ever try SciTE?  Head on over to http://www.scintilla.org/ for it.  It's 
integrated with Lua and all the configuration is done with that.  I love 
its simplicity and ease of use.  I just wish it had the CTRL-click to 
select word feature I love from MSVS so much.
