No it wasn't me.
I didn't touch http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template_metaprogramming 
until two hours ago.

Even the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generic_programming article, I 
only touched it once (actually, multiple edits in one session), I know 
my writing was bad, which is why I made this thread.
