Good thinking.

Although I guess it should be public knowledge that D is created by 
Digital Mars. (Or Walter directly?) So, that should be visible, but 
maybe not too prominently.

And of course, there could be a banner ad on top of every page, 
advertising DMD as "the best compiler you can get for D".
