Hmmm... Some people would disagree with that:

But one of the major differences is that Sun uses the SCSL,
while DMD instead uses the free/open GPL/Artistic licenses...
So there is no similar need for a petition for DigitalMars
to "open" D, even if the language specification isn't open ?

But a "neutral" D language/library site would still be good.
(in addition to the one for DMD, and the [future] one for GDC)
Meanwhile, before there is that final / official D "portal",
I think we can use Wiki4D and Dsource - just as we have been ?
