Don't include with dmd. Just put it on dsource, disguised as "yet 
another conversion tool project" ;)
or something like that.

ok, dsource is a bad idea, because the tool won't be open source.

Still, you can create a lame page on geocities and put the tool up for 
download.
Don't say it's Walter Bright, just pick a random nick name.
