A paper on the history of D (draft)

Well, you aren't an English major for sure! <g> Good overview of the 
language, my only critique would be to try and expand on each topic a 
little more extensively and fluidly. At the moment it reads like a list 
you are enumerating, so try and integrate it all into a cohesive whole.
