Enums (again)

Java enums could be better, but already they are much more advanced than 
primitive D ones. I have to admit Sun has done a very nice job (and I 
want to make clear that I'm not exactly what people can call a "Java fan").

It would be nice if D, not only could do this, but also could improve it 
as well.
