Sigh.  I've been trying to find out, but my last few emails to the guy 
have gone unanswered.  I'll have to wander to his office one day when I 
have some spare time to camp out or something.

Sorry it's taking so long.  Rather embarassing.  Everything else about the 
conference went so smoothly.
