const with brackets

Being I have broken my lurking to throw my 2p (10cents) into the ring over 'const' I would like to make a statement.

I really like const with brackets. I love the idea of being able to add a bracket to be able to be clear what it is I want to be const. I find it hard to have to remember anything at all let alone anything to do with precedence.

Don't be afraid to use brackets if you have to. By all means make them optional if you can, but I won't take advantage. I like to see brackets. They make me secure and warm.
