Just out of curiosity.

If you where to find a better solid revenue stream (not that I know of 
any) from DMD or DMC would you consider hiring people to help you out?

Also... how should I put this ... If you where suddenly unable to work 
on D anymore, do you have someone in mind who would be able to continue 
the development of D?
