Survey - what language are you coming from?

I'm coming from C (with 68K and PPC Asm in).

Hoping for D instead of C++ and Objective-C,
(or the Perl/Ruby and Java/.NET languages...
But I don't consider D in the same "section"
as those scripting and managed alternatives?)

But my primary tool was (and it still is) C.
