It doesn't matter what you think about it or what it is; too many people 
take it too negatively.

No offense, but using bright colors to bring attention is a common scam 
technique (oooh click this birghtly-colored-banner to claim your 
$10000000000000 prize .. you're visitor #10000000000000!!!!!!! CLICK NOW 
TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY!!).

Also, using bright colors .. I think .. is too childish these days. <g>
