Looking for existing command line args parser and config file reading code

I'm looking for a command line arguments parser. I'm guessing that among the various D projects there is a good class for this embedded in one of them. Does anyone know of one?

Similarly, I'd like to have certain members of my classes be loaded from a config file on instantiation or on demand. Anyone have a brilliant chunk of existing code for this?
