Differentiate const flavors using CASE?

Yah :o). Speaking of foreach_reverse, probably it would be wise to lobby 
Walter to deprecate it in favor of foreach(reverse) (item ; collection) 
{ ... }. The keyword(extra) syntax is definitely becoming a D signature 
syntax.
